CLAREX Hard Coat Sheet

CLAREX Hard Coat is applied to either side of the Cell-Cast PMMA sheet to provide scratch resistance.

  • Clarex Optical Grade Precision Sheet with a Hard Coat applied on one (RH10) or both sides (RH20).
  • Pencil Hardness of 6-8H.
  • Light transparency of 92-93%.
  • No birefringence or double refraction, ideal for optical sensor cover application.
  • Outstanding optical characteristics.
  • Close tolerance and uniform thickness.
  • Ultra smooth glass-like surface.
  • Excellent weather resistance.
  • Non-Glare surface texture can also be applied.
  • Anti-Reflection Coating surface treatment also available for improved light transmission.
  • A variety of standard substrate colours or bespoke colour matching is available.
  • Versatile substrate suitable for laser cutting, milling, printing, forming etc.
